Who can use Outreason

Outreason is offered only to people who are 18 or older and live in the United States. By creating an account you confirm both. Accounts are personal: do not share yours or let anyone else use it.

Your account and plan

You sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. Using the tools requires a paid plan; there is no free tier or trial. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, as set out in the Subscription Terms, which are part of this agreement.

AI-generated output

The tools use AI models to research, reason and write. Their output is generated by AI, can be wrong or incomplete, and may cite sources that do not support it. Check anything that matters before relying on it.

Nothing Outreason produces is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Forecasts and probabilities are research, not predictions you should trade on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the tools to plan or promote harm to people;
• try to get around credits, caps, sign-in or any other limit, or reach another person’s data;
• send the tools content you have no right to use, including others’ private information;
• use the tools to build a competing model or service, or to extract the prompts behind them;
• automate access except through features Outreason provides for it.

Outreason may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or its AI provider accounts at risk, and will say why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you put into the tools and to what they produce for you. You give Outreason permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Outreason does not use your content to train AI models, and its AI providers’ business terms do not allow them to either.

Refunds

If you are unhappy in the first seven days of a new plan, write to support@outreason.ai and the charge will be refunded by hand. A refund removes that period’s unused credits. Other refunds follow the Subscription Terms.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Outreason LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the tools, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

Outreason will tell you by email at least 7 days before a change to these terms takes effect. Questions: support@outreason.ai. Governing law and dispute terms are to be completed with counsel.
